Are we Mac or PC?

Not to worry! We have both Mac and IBM PC.

What type of files can we use?

The file types we can open and the types we prefer are two different things. If you can send Illustrator, PhotoShop, Quark or PC .EPS files, it can be much quicker and cheaper to produce your work. We can, however, quite often handle DOC & .TXT files and of course image files such as TIFF, JPEG, BMP and GIFs.

If I do not have an electronic file ready to print, what do I do?

Simply let us know what you have in mind via fax and supply us some form of artwork (ie. letterhead, business card, etc.) and let us do the rest. The first 30 minutes of set-up is included at no charge but if we feel extra charges may apply, we will fax a quote for your approval prior to proceeding. NOTE: You would be surprised at how much our design staff can accomplish in 30 minutes!

Can I see a layout or proof before it goes to print?

Absolutely! We almost never produce anything without your approval.

What is our turn around time? Can I get it tomorrow?

Normal service is approximately 3 days, however, next day or same day service is often available. Rush charges of 25% and 50% surcharges respectively would apply.

Is it extra for each extra colour?

No, additional colours are never extra. In some cases, different coloured substrates and/or fields are extra.

How much will it cost me?

We do have a price list and order form available, but a sales representative would be happy to take your requirements, fill out an order form and fax it to you for your approval.

Do we make banners as well?

Banners finished with hems, pole pockets and grommets. Almost any size. Minimum quantity one.

How can I send files?

Files under 4MB can be e-mailed to sean.d@stronco.com or save your file on a Zip, Jazz, or CD. Please include a print of the file if possible.

How do I take receipt of my materials?

If you are exhibiting in a trade show or conference in which Stronco is the contractor, the materials can be delivered to your booth space at no additional charge. If you require early delivery to your office or require delivery to a location other than a Stronco show site, next day delivery can be arranged for as little as $10.00 (quotes available upon request).
